Packers tight end Bubba Franks and Seattle guard Steve Hutchinson were added to the NFC Pro Bowl squad Tuesday as injury replacements.
Franks will replace Jeremy Shockey of the New York Giants, while Hutchinson takes the spot of New Orleans' LeCharles Bentley. Franks and Hutchinson were first alternates in the voting last month.
Shockey cannot play in the game because of a sprained left knee. Franks, who was elected the starter for the NFC in each of the past two seasons, caught 30 passes for 241 yards and four touchdowns in the regular season. Tickets
Bentley is out after surgery on his left knee. Hutchinson, in his third year, is making his first Pro Bowl appearance. The game is Feb. 8.
